This product works well and did the job whilst I was away on holiday. I initially reviewed as 3 starts as I couldn't get the timer to switch off back to just manual. But the company reached out to me asking me to specify the issue so that they can help me with it and now I'm happy with it. The battery life is great. I was gone for 3 weeks and the provided battery still works. It is an easy to use product and the attachments are amazing. Water vapour did not go in the fish food and all my fish were well and healthy when I returned.

Very good and reliable, I purchased twice as I was very satisfied. The only drawback is that the container cap is a bit loose so you need to try it before many times until you find the proper amount your fish need. Otherwise perfect.

This Feeder gives peace of mind.I done a test run for 2 weeks before I went away so as to be 100% sure it worked and I wasn't let down. So I would recommend doing that practice run in the weeks prior to any away plans. My practice was done initially over a sheet of paper so I could get the right quantity of fish food to be dispensed. This took a few attempts to ensure there was no overfeeding. My fish were usually fed twice per week so had to adjust measurements to get same quantity spread over every 48hrs because that was longest option on feeder. Played around a bit also (again on paper) with the opening on shutter door to ensure amount scouped and dropped equaled the amount required. Once that was correct I then set the timer to every 48 hours and observed for 2 weeks. Needless to say, the fish were happy out with the new feeding arrangements and have got so used to the little sound when the feeder is rotating that they zoom under it at feed time. It's so cute that I've just left the feeder on the tank permanently - couldn't bare to take away their new 'dinner bell'.I suggest this feeder also for homes where feeding the fish is often a forgotten chore.Happy Fish so very happy customer :)

Great item very easy to install and use

I purchased this Automatic Fish Feeder as I was going on holiday for 10 days to ensure my tropical fish were fed while I was away.I set up the fish feeder on the top of the tank exactly as per the instructions to automatically feed my fish every 24 Hours.I had been away for 5 days , my daughter had to go to my house to collect some post and was met with a tremendous smell and the site of the fish aquarium completely contaminated with all the fish dead, the automatic feeder had “ dumped “ all the fish food loaded into the container in one operation, this contaminated the water and killed the fish. The smell from these dead fish and the contaminated aquarium water filled the house with a horrible rancid smell.This was the first time I had used this appliance and It was set up exactly as the instructions.All 15 of my fish died , the plants . the pump filters and the aquarium wood objects were contaminated and had to be disposed off.My estimated costs for this unit failing is an excess of £200

It’s working as it should. However…. the adjustable hole for the food is quite lose and doesn’t stay in the position I need it. I have used a bit of tape to stick it in position. Also when it rains hard (I have this on my half barrel pond outside) the water gets in through the food dispenser hole making the pellets soggy and sticky. Probably not made to be used outside.
