I'm a big girl (280lbs) so I was skeptical that these would even fit me but I was pleasantly surprised that these fit like a comfortable pair of undies. In fact, it doesn't really feel like I'm wearing anything at all.The material is very soft. Doesn't feel bulky so it's not noticeable when wearing clothing. They also smell good too though the scent can be a little too strong for my personal liking.The coverage is great on these as well. I didn't have any accidents overnight and I sleep crazy 🤣 so I feel like this was a purchase well spent and I will buy these again.

I love these. They are great to use and work well for those heavy days. Just put on and go with nothing to worry about, you will not regret it. Extremely safe and comfortable.

My girlfriend gets these for her periods. She never has an issue with leaking at night when she wears these pads. HOWEVER size wise, she got the XL/2XL because it said it started at size 18 but she could have done the next size down. But even with these being a little bit too big she didn't leak at all.

I personally love this line of period underwear and was bummed out when they only went up to a size large. i’m so happy about the bigger size now, they fit perfectly. I have pretty long, heavy irregular periods and nothing else gives me as much security as these. I never leak in these, they’re the perfect size for me and they’re very secret under any clothing I’d wear on my period. The con of it being full underwear means you have to undress your bottom half completely to change it but it lasts so long for me that I can delay it until I’m in a private enough bathroom to do so. This is truly a life saving product for me. The only thing that would make it better is if the absorbency area went further up the backside just a bit but that’s more so for my piece of mind. I put a panty liner up the back if I’m feeling that worried about it. I will now be keeping this size in stock 24/7.

I love Always ZZ so much that I prefer to wear them instead of my regular underwear. They are comfort, fits like a glove, and not noticeable in pants.
