Wonderful product
I used those to make my own jellies from organic fruit juice. Because I didn't use sugar which helps with solidification but honey, it took me about 6 leaves of the product to make my jellies. They came out just as I wanted, not too hard but full of flavour.

Good product, I made a few jellies with it. However it is good for a few creations, as there is only so many sheets of gelatine. The price is high, wish there was an option for higher number of sheets or powder form.
