Cheap but works
I’m using this in my car and the orange light matches my Mercedes’ orange lights which helps to tie it in and look natural. The sound is good but could probably be better with a much more expensive EQ. I was not interested in that on a 20+ year old car. Only gripe I have is that the knobs are tight when it’s cold and feels like they’re going to eventually break so if you forget to turn the volume down when you got out last time, it’s going to be loud and is not far to turn down when it’s cold.

Best Bang For The Money
I decided to go old school in my small system and picked up an old favorite cassette deck. Having two amps, one for 6.5s and other for bass, I needed an EQ to make adjustments since that old 1994 cassette deck has basicsettings.UPDATE: 8-9-2021Switched out decks and went with an old school Kenwood. Sounds fantastic with the EQThis EQ is awesome as I'm able to control my mids and highs plus manage my lows. For the money it's an incredible EQ.

Works as intended
Arrived in perfect condition. Opening it, it looks like decent quality not too flashy. Installing it was kind of a pain with the screws, as they didn’t want to screw in the bracket. The equalizer is kind of small, but the sound quality is great for the price. Would recommend it 🤝

Audiobank EQ7 Apartment Install
I have the EQ7 installed in my apartment kitchen. All the parts came from Amazon. The 90 Watt Pyle Amp drives a pair of Bose 161 speakers that are on a pair of speaker stands also from Amazon. The EQ7 is driven by one of four computers; currently, my trusty, all be it old, Sony Vio. The output of the EQ7 goes to the Pyle amp, which in turn drives the speakers. My system IS NOT designed to be a 'blaster' type of system. As mentioned earlier, I live in an apartment with rather thin walls.Other components:Power supply - 12 volts/3ARocker Switch Power Socket - BIQU 15A 250VHiLetgo DC 6.5-100V 0-20A LCD Display Digital Ammeter Voltmeter (built in shunt!!! Good for the money.
For the price it's pretty good I don't have it hooked up right now because for my system I decided to go with a digital bass processor but this works well I must say.

Look and pay more $$ for a well proven name brand , defective item new out of box
I never got to test for sound or anything else.Item I received made horrible screetching sound through my amps the moment it turns on for one,the other was as system was turned off a very loud audible CLICK/BIONG comes through amp and speakers connected to this EQ.I Bought this EQ mainly for the button options it has and the orange backlit knobs which was perfect at night.Others may have had some good luck but from what reviews I read Im not alone with random audio issues with this EQ.Returned for refund and purchased better brand name EQ.
