The good: Great taste, very mild, almost sweet.I love that the product is in a glass bottle with a glass dropper, that's huge for me as an environmentalist and someone who is health conscious. Organic is another plus and you can't beat the price for what you get. Full of nutrients and vitamins.I've been taking this supplement for a week and also trying it out on my face. I felt my skin firm up and the product soothed my acne.The cons: I felt like I went through a detox the first two days with taking Irish Moss and I do know that it is somewhat of a laxative as it eases the muscus membranes throughout your body. So my stomach was a bit knotted the first two days, but it's also a pro because I feel so much better.I forgot to refrigerate it, but nothing bad happened to me. But be sure to read the label!Overall it's a great product!

I ordered this product after researching several brands and seeing good reviews. Product arrived on time, well sealed, had a lid that you exchange for a dropper lid, which was also included. I was worried about taste, but this honestly doesn't taste bad. Sweet with a slightly weird aftertaste but nothing too bad. I don't know if it's placebo effect or not, but after three days of using internally & externally, I've noticed a significant difference in my energy level and skin. I've had acne that I haven't been able to get rid of despite trying every recommended product I've come across. 3 days in and my skin is clearer, smoother and brighter. I'm excited to see if this continues and I will update my review to reflect.

Love this product, and that it’s organic. The liquid is clear and has a mild, slightly sweet flavor. Irish Moss has many health benefits and traditionally was used as a cold remedy. It’s very high in iodine which is wonderful for the thyroid. There are many ways to ingest Irish Moss, but I really like the drops the best. It’s easy and for busy people, you can take it on the go!

I really liked this product but I wish it came in more sizes. I feel like I went through it much faster than I was expecting. Great product and great flavor. Would purchase again if they had bigger sizes so I didn’t have to purchase multiple at a time or every couple weeks.

It’s sweet like honey. I have made seamoss gel myself and it taste like nothing after the 24 hour soaking. That being said I am confused how its sweet when ingredients say “seamoss, vegetable glycerin, and water. Is vegetable glycerin sweet? 3 stars only due to uncertainty and will update if I notice any benefits

Honestly I have tested my thyroid multiple times and my numbers where not super bad but they wherent right and all the doctors could always tell me is just wait till it gets worse for them to do something about it . I had sudden rushes of heart racing and anxiety issues with my thyroid sometimes releasing to much hormone at once . I researched a lot of seamoss products and the benefits of them on thyroid health and tried this this seriously helped I haven’t had a random rush of heart racing and I feel like I’m trimming back down in weight . Even my neck swelling has gone done . I take 3 drops in the morning under tongue and 3 before bed and I also sleep better to . So I do recommend this product .

Cons: The only negative about this product is the size of the bottle. Wish it was a bigger bottle! I use it for my overall health.Pros: felt the effectiveness on the 3rd day. My energy shot through the roof and pretty much been the same every day since, I also had a lump on the back of my neck for months and now it is going away I'm guessing this is the inflammation properties in sea moss... And last but not least for the Men lets just say my sex life been great since I been taken it I mean stamina through the roof it just gives you that extra emphasis ... My girl ask me what am I taking? am I on drugs? 😂
