Wow - I’m amazed that a shelf stable citrus juice can taste so vivid! I dilute it in cold water for a refreshing drink that’s remarkably close to the flavor of fresh-squeezed calamansi. Packaging is cute and doesn’t take up much space in my small fridge.

... it's lacking the tangerine flavor that calamansi lemon is known for. It also has a moderate bitter taste from the skin, but perhaps is expected from a puree product.The 5 star rating is for AMZ customer service which resolved my concerns about this product.

I was expecting the strong and sweet fragrance of this citrus to dominate. While the presentation was gorgeous the packaging very sophisticated the flavor was at best mediocre. I wanted my concentrate to make Calamasi margaritas. To achieve the flavor that I had imagined I had to add Meyer lemons and other citrus. This product might be best for cooking or other recipes where immediate fresh flavors are not indispensable.

Canned (actually in a huge bag) ain't the same as fresh, but it's still recognizeable as calamansi and better than most non-fresh calamansi products I've had. Huge amount, reasonable price. In the Q&A people say that refrigerated after opening it still lasts quite a while. Which is a good thing because this is enough to make gallons (I suppose) of agua de calamansi.Some people have asked if it's sweet. Nope, it's like lime juice -- with its own taste of course. You WILL be adding sugar or other sweetener to drink it as a beverage.Some people have asked if it's pulp or concentrate or something else. Nope, this is the juice from squeezing calamansi. Without the seeds of course. Not sure why they refer to it as "puree".And who'd have known? It goes great with sotol, our regional distilled liquor something like mezcal. Most sotol tastes like burning rubber tires even the morning after, but there is decent stuff nowadays. I prefer Hacienda Chihuahua. Also good in soups or on fish as a substitute for lime. It might make Tecate drinkable, haven't tried it.

Ordered two of these and ended up regretting it. Taste more like apple cider vinegar vice calamansi extract. Ended up using this for cleaning crystal glassware. Will not buy again from this company.

It delivered on time and in good package and easy to pour to cup. The product is good for the daily usage.
