Spy x Family, Vol. 12 (12)

As the twelfth volume in the series, this does great at keeping the momentum. The first chapter does well in addressing the previous "bus arc" and it fleshes out some of the characters very well (notably the Handler who has been a mysterious figure in the previous volumes).The new arc in the later half is also very interesting and gives a very good cliff hanger. One odd thing I noticed is that there were many short missions this volume (2 called short missions and 1 that is just a few bonus pages). While another chapter likely could have gone here, I enjoy the filler in these books as it gives the characters more personality.Yor and Loid's relationship is also developed, though some of the reason Yor is mad at Loid feels forced (though I suppose that's the point). But she was drunk so I don't mind as much.All in all, this is a great new volume. Obviously read the previous 11 first, but would definitely recommend not just this volume but this series to anyone who like manga.

If you could SEE my face right now...This is the second volume in a row (do the rest of them do that? I can't remember) that it's ended in a very... intense kind of way. And I don't think I like it. I'm concerned though... I wanted the end of book 11 explained more, but instead I have even MORE unanswered questions..Oh well, guess I'm off to wait some more.

Our 15 year old daughter is very much into this series. Whenever a new book is released, we need to order it. She loves it.

I absolutely LOVE the Spy x Family manga series. Each new volume is an instant pre-order for me and I'm really enjoying how the series is progressing. The "Mole Arc" is this volume is a great action arc for the series, but be warned it ends on a big cliffhanger! Thankfully, I keep up with the chapters as they are released with my Shonen Jump app and know what happens next (as well as much further ahead in the story). But even so, I enjoy re-reading past chapters whenever the volumes come out.

So far I'm really enjoying this manga plus the anime is great to get an idea what their voices are like.

Good story, funny, entertaining, love the subtle and sometime not subtle humour in this, not focused solemnely on romance, its balanced

Left on a twist until the next volume! What an amazing story, honestly I watched the anime before the manga and it covers up until volume 9 but I still read all 12 volumes without a hint of bordum because its such a compelling story. There is a reason to why this manga is best selling.

5 stars for locking my eyes on it with all its witty story and exciting events. Couldn't put it down if my life depended on it.

This was so much fun. You can probably tell how much I loved it as today is release day and I have been waiting with baited breath to be able to read this all day!
