The hat is nice, but it's so new that I can't really rate it. The plastic laser lining is very tight, so if your had size is any larger than 7, you may have trouble using this appliance.

I have a small head so its a little big. I just got it 1 weeks ago and used it 4 times so far. I plan to use it at least 5 times a week. I can be patient since I waited this long to get a las or cap. I see that most people find this cap to be snug or a little small. I'm finding the complete opposite. If you unplugged the battery pack from the wall by taking that recharge cord out and put the cap on you head and then turn it on, it will work fine. I have not figured out how to change the battery yet but I'm sure at some point I will need to know as batteries don't last forever.

I was on my anniversary (09/16/2022)and was very upset about how think my hair was getting and had been debating buying this but made the decision I had to do something. So, I finally jumped and made the purchase. My hair is finally passed my shoulders for the first time since 2018. I’ve only been using it for about 6 weeks but I see new hair growing in. This came beautifully packaged and I’m very happy with the purchase and bought a second one for my daughter in law for Christmas.

I have no complaints, only praise for this product. It's comfortable, easy to use and charge . Very happy!!

Cheapest growth cap I could find anywhere so I took the gamble. Some have said its a tight fit and it is. Maybe its because they want they lasers to be as close to the scalp as possible.I am not going to return due to me wearing a L XL hat size and this being really a small. Since most men and women lose hair in the front and top and not sides and back of crown it should work but a bit uncomfortable if you are a big head.EDIT- I have had this almost one month now and the hat has stretched out a bit. Now there is no tightness at all.

Too soon to tell if this works so will come back in about 3 months with an update.

Cap came in a shape. I adjusted it to fit my oval head. The cap is rather small and fits 6 3/4"

I just got this so I can’t comment on its ability to grow hair. However, it is very uncomfortable. Imagine wearing a too small plastic cap with bumps on it, that digs into your head. Now you know what it feels like to wear this cap. My head is not big. They need to make this thing bigger. I can’t imagine this would be big enough for half the population out there.
