Bought these to replace traditional incandescent candelabra bulbs in order to a) save energy and b) produce less heat. My concern before receiving them was prior bad experiences with various other LED bulbs which claim to be equivalent in brightness to a particular wattage but turn out to be significantly less bright. However, we were pleasantly surprised to discover these genuinely are equivalent to regular 40 watt bulbs. And, as an added bonus, these are smaller as well. Which means they are easier to get into fixtures with very little spare room for your fingers plus normal sized incandescent candelabra bulbs. Bottom-line = a win/win for both brightness and size. Fingers crossed they last a long time.

They are nice and bright, I used them for the underside of my microwave to shine on my stove. I picked the daylight ones and they shine bright white, not too blue or too yellow. Food often renders more appealing under warm light but these still look very good. The bulbs seem seem quite sturdy, no loose parts or any flicker while shining, and no delay after power is turned on. It's too soon to tell but hopefully they function properly for a long time. They were shipped quickly (2-Prime order) packaged well, and delivered in perfect working order.

5 out of ten bulbs were DEFECTIVE.... Instead of a sealed pack they were in a ziplock bag.,Bad light on this review..

Super for candelabra

Used trese to replace the incandescent bulbs in my air blown inflatables. Perfect! Nice, bright, warm white glow. Hope they last.
