I love Emma Hardie products. I would try the entire product line, and who knows? One day I might. For now I can say that this mask is the usual EH high quality, and it's a delight to use. It is very creamy, more like a moisturizer than most mask products, but it hydrates deeply and smoothly. You are supposed to rinse it off after ten to fifteen minutes, but I feel like you could wear it overnight as a kind of sleeping mask, too. To be completely honest, this mask is probably not the perfect product for my specific skin type (oily, combo, aging), but it might be ideal for drier types. It's unscented and paraben-free, and like all Emma Hardie products, it's also 100% cruelty-free! They never test their products on animals (aside from humans, of course) at any stage of production, and they don't buy ingredients from suppliers who test on animals, either. Yay! Just one of the many reasons I love this company. Five stars!

I gave this product a chance for awhile. I really wanted to love it, but in all honesty, I don’t think it’s fabulous for ALL skin types. My oily skin just gets oilier from it. My skin DOES feel smoother, but I have to wash and wash and wash to completely get the product off. I haven’t slept in it, as I just think it’s TOO much moisture for my skin, and likely would cause a bit of a mess come morning. It leaves me very oily and sweaty looking. I used it in the mornings, and my makeup just didn’t cooperate very well after it. (Again, I’m VERY oily to start with!)That being said, for drier complexions, this may be a huge burst of hydration that that particular skin type really needs. It’s just not up my alley. It is a pricy product, as well. $67 per bottle, at the time of this review. It will last awhile though, to help offset a bit of the cost, and the ingredients seem quite good. For me, the softness and slight ‘glow’ can be achieved with lesser priced products.I will say that it doesn’t in any way redden or irritate my face, and it’s easy to irritate my VERY sensitive skin, so while it can be slightly soothing, it’s too much moisture for oily skin types. It adds to my oil, and just isn’t for me, but it might be an amazing addition to other skin type’s skincare regimen.I can only give it an average rating, all things considered. I'm already a pretty bag fan of this British beauty line, particularly their moringa cleansing balm and brightening tonic facial spray, both of which have become among my skincare go-tos.This hydrating, cream mask won a Beauty Bible Award in 2019 and can be used as either a 15 minutes rinse-off mask, or an overnight ultra-moisturizing treatment for extra-dry skin. It relies on Hyaluronic Acid, Moringa Seed Oil, Red Algae Extract and a proprietary amino acid combo to hydrate, help defend against environmental damage and improve skin's clarity.The bottle can be kept in the fridge for an extra refreshing mask treatment, that feels really great on a hot sticky day, or if you've had too much sun. The mask is nice enough while on the face, it feels somewhat comforting. I dont have sensitive skin so it did not tingle at all or caused any negative reaction. I ve used the mask mostly as overnight treatment. It sinks in completely till the morning, no residue. It has faint pleasant smell. The mask is thick, perfectly distributed over the face. A few minutes after application, the face began to warm up. The only negative i would point out is that i dont see much effect after using, not too much brightening nor hydrating！

A good clean facial mask that makes the skin feel super soft. Very easy to use and does not have the mess to deal with that many other masks have.It's a cream that squeezes out of a tube and easily blends into the skin. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought that this was a moisturizing cream to be worn throughout the day. Once you spread it across your face, you let it sit for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse it away. I would suggest using a makeup removal pad or a washcloth to gently help with the process. It does remove easily.Once complete and the skin dries, the skin is incredibly super soft and smooth. I love how this makes my skin feel. It does so without any oily or greasy residuals left on the surface. Does not dry out the skin nor does it make it overly moisturized. Great for all skin types.I did not have any problems or irritations at all with this on my combination skin, though I'm not completely sure how it might fair for those with sensitive skin. I say that for one reason, and one reason only. Towards the end of my wearing before rinsing, I did notice a slight unpleasant chemical taste that had seeped towards my mouth from around my lips. That did go away once it was all rinsed away. Should be fine for most users, but sensitives might want to study the ingredient list or patch test before using. For me, this was only a mild taste and not a smell that I had experienced. I would gladly use this product again and will continue doing so.
