this bed is a pain to assemble.. and the hardest part to assemble was the back shelf part.. it felt very heavy and weak until the shelfs where attached to the side... then all of a sudden the bed felt really robust and strong.I was pulled to ordering this bed for the shelfs at the back and for the fact my boy is severely autistic and has learning difficulties and communication difficulties and I needed somewhere for him to be able to run and hide when he is stressed out and having a meltdown. obviously when he is very stressed out he will not come out of his room and has to have a weighted blanket. the shelfs are very handy for holding his juice bottle and a plate/bowl of food for him when needed it has also helped calm him in a sense as this beds are very robust and yet cosy.once set up there was no way I was able to move these in place thankfully I had my brothers help.I would recommend these bunk beds and I would defiantly purchase again.the glow in the dark steps are a god send my boy doesn't sleep very well and for safety reasons he can see where to place his feet getting in and out... and those pull bars/handles help boost him up into bed.

The actual strength is superb its not a cheaply made bed. No faults in the actual design. The latts what the mattress sits on are individually allankey set and quality wood not yellow pine please see photos. This bed took around 7 hours from start to finish. The build instructions are easy to follow my advice is copy each piece as the instructions show. Once you build the back place it on the back wall then build outwards as shown. The delivery guy who delivered these boxes was a giant for us little people best asking him to take the 3 heavy boxes in the room you are building it in. Plenty of water and coffees that's what the second person is for 🤣 I suggest using a hand drill for the Alan keys and screwing or you will acquire a blister on each finger as I did. Trust me on this. You will not be disappointed with this bed. Please check the photos lots of space for teddy's and lights proper cosy! The kids actually stay in bed now on a Saturday and Sunday morning!!!

I saw this bunk bed in my friend house and I said to her omg. I was looking for like this bunk bed and I ordered it and yesterday I got it and we didn’t spent time fixed till everything and my daughter she nearly 3 first everything loved it and sleep without me in the bed other daughter is 8 years old she was excited and today she said after school she will put some toys on the shelf side.. and just want say thank you 😊 my daughters and me so happy 👍

We have only had these beds up for three nights, so far they are a huge hit. It took two of us 3.5hrs to build and we had a little extra help lifting the whole thing up. Everything was labeled well and all the screws were there. I quite enjoy flat pack/have a talent for it so maybe add on a bit if things like that aren't your bag. The kids love love love the shelf space for all their little special trinkets (they are 4). Only one reservation one child did fall out the top bunk almost immediately because she was over excited and leaned too far out, she managed to hold on to the rungs and was fine but I think any bunk bed probably carries the same risk, just make sure you get thin (latex) mattresses so the safety rungs give better protection.

I researched alot for some bunk beds for my 2 year old a day 4 year old and these ones kept on popping up. They had real good reviews better than the rest for my daughters age. I'm so glad I did. They are wonderful. Sturdy, not too high, lower bunk near enough on ground level great for a 2 yr old. They took 4.5 hrs for my father in law to put together lots of bolts and screws but totally worth it. The shelfs are great for them to put their little treasures on and make it their own. Very impressed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there were too slats without holes so had to drill them ourselves apart from that they brill.

I bought these beds for my 11 year old daughters. I don't like the ladder type steps that you usually get with bunk beds, so these beds seemed ideal. I wasn't wrong. They have steps insead of ladders which are a lot safer and more comfortable on the feet. I bought my bunks with the pocket sprung mattresses included. They are so comfortable that my girls actually sleep in on a weekend now. They absolutely love the shelves and have already filled them with all their little nic naks. The beds took about 4 hours to build, which was a bit of a nightmare, but they look amazing and are definitely worth the money.

Yes it does take some time to put together (but so does every other flat pack furniture) but the result is a very sturdy bed that you can tell will last for longer than you will ever need it to. Very happy with the quality, price and the delivery company were so helpful, I had so many things go wrong on the delivery day but they were patient.

From the word go this has been a great buy. The company rang and told me the delivery day they had in mind. Once I’d confirmed that worked for us I was told they’d ring the day before with a 3 hour delivery slot and the driver would ring on the day, 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. This all happened like clockwork and the bed came in 3 long, very heavy boxes, which they unloaded carefully. It took us several hours to assemble but this would have been quicker without 2 children ‘helping’! My husband did most of it and he said it was very straightforward to assemble. Now up, they look really smart and seem very sturdy. The only problem we encountered was that the steel support struts for the top bunk had a screw hole directly under where one of the slats was meant to screw in, so we had to leave that slat loose. Overall though we are really happy and the kids love their new beds. The youngest even went back to bed this morning after coming in to see us at 6am, which is a first!
